On March 31, 2016 educational institution “Grodno State Medical University” accepted the representatives of the Maldivian Medical and Dental Council (MMDC), Dr. Afeef Abdulla, the president of MMDC, and Dr. Moosa Murad, the member of MMDC. These officials were accompanied by Dr. Dharangan Bakthaseelan, Dr. Gishan Sumanasiri, Dr. Bhathiya Karunrathne. There was a meeting with the administration of the university, after which foreign delegation visited university’s clinical bases: Grodno regional clinical children's hospital, Grodno regional clinical perinatal center, Simulation laboratory.
