Young Scientists Council

With the purpose of enhancement of the role and responsibility of young scientists in the formation of scientific policy and potential of the University, uniting together efforts in solving priority scientific problems for the University, realization of real integration of science and education at the Educational Institution “Grodno State Medical University” a permanent collective deliberative body – the Young Scientists Council – is functioning.

Chairman of the Council: E. S. Pelesa, Cand. Sc. (Med.), assistant lecturer of the Department of Internal Medicine I.

Deputy Chairman of the Council: M. S. Deshko, assistant lecturer of the Department of Internal Medicine I.

Secretary of the Council: T. V. Novitskaya, assistant lecturer of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

The Young Scientists Council coordinator is Prof. Victor Zinchuk, Dr. Sc. (Med.), Vice-Rector for Research.

The work of the Young Scientists Council of the University is aimed at developing the potential of the creative and scientific activity of the University young scientists.

The Young Scientists Council takes part in conducting scientific conferences and seminars, promotes development of contacts between young scientists for the solution of actual and practically significant problems of the contemporary medical science, promotes development at the University of international and cultural relations with the involvement of young scientists, informs about scientific research novelties, scientific conferences, scientific events which are carried out by Belarusian and foreign organizations.
