23rd of February - Defender of the Fatherland Day

On the 19^th of February 2025, as a part of celebration of Defender of the Fatherland Day, in the 11th group of the 1st year of Faculty for International Students, curator Shevchik-Giris E.M. held an information hour dedicated to the history and tradition of celebrating Defender of the Fatherland Day in Belarus.

The purpose of this event was to foster the interest of Sri Lanka students in the history of the Republic of Belarus. This type of work allows you to broaden the horizons of students, develops communication skills.

During the event, the students emphasized the great importance of taking into account the cultural differences of our countries in order to communicate effectively and showed interest in our celebration traditions.
