Оpen lesson “Vegetarianism and Healthy Eating”

As part of the “Curator of the Year” competition, an open lesson “Vegetarianism and Healthy Eating” was held in group No. 6, the 1st year of the Medical Faculty for International Students by senior teacher of the Department of Foreign Languages Voloshko T.A.

The purpose of the lesson was to develop a nutrition culture among foreign students in the context of adaptation to a new sociocultural educational environment, to intensify their cognitive activity and interest in healthy eating, and to increase their awareness of the importance of taking care of their health.

The result of the event was developing primary international students’ food culture while living in another country. The students showed interest in the topic and took an active part in discussing of issues of vegetarianism.
