1978 - graduated from the Medical Faculty of the Volgograd State Medical Institute on specialty "General Medicine".

2004-2014 - worked as a hygienist doctor of the health in "Grodno Zonal Center of Hygiene and Epidemiology." He oversaw radiation, industrial and agricultural facilities in radiation safety and protection of Grodno and Grodno region.

From 2016 to present time - assistant of the radio diagnosis and radiotherapy department.
