Experience:
Graduated from the Grodno state medical institute (1972). Clinical intern of department of pathological anatomy (1972-1974). Doctor-pathologist of Svislochsky central district hospital, Grodno regional hospital (1974-1979). Assistant to department of pathological anatomy of GrSMI (1979-1989). Associate professor of pathological anatomy (1989-now).
Pedagogical activity is combined with work as the doctor-pathologist in"The Grodno regional pathoanatomical bureau". Doctor-pathologist of the highest qualification category. Repeatedly underwent improvement in the specialty in clinics of Leningrad, Moscow, Kiev and Minsk.
Achievements:
Candidate of medical sciences (1984), associate professor (1989). Author and coauthor more than 250 scientific works, 3 monographs ("Postoperative pancreatitis" "Chronic tonsillitis", "Liver biopsy"), 3 patents for inventions and also improvement suggestions and instructions for application. Is a coauthor of standard curricula and programs in pathological anatomy, methodical recommendations and also manuals and courses of lectures for students and doctors-interns. Many years is engaged in a morphological research of puncture biopsies of a liver and kidneys (over 2000 researches), is a consultant for biopsy and section material in the Grodno regional clinical pathoanatomical bureau. Renders assistance in preparation of morphological sections of master's and doctoral dissertations. Participated in republican and international congresses and conferences of pathologists, surgeons, hepatologists, and in the European society of hepatologists. The member of editorial board of the international reviewed Hepatology and Gastroenterology magazine.
