An olympiad in an educational discipline “Russian as a foreign language” for third year students

From April 26 to April 29 the Department for Russian and Belarussian languages held an olympiad in an educational discipline “Russian as a foreign language” for third year students of the Medical Faculty for International Students.

The olympiad had three stages:

1. a lexical and grammatical test on the educational portal Moodle;
2. listening comprehension of an authentic text and a lexical and grammatical test with open-type and closed-type of questions;
3. spontaneous presentation on one of proposed topics.

37 students participated in the olympiad. Students’ knowledge was evaluated as well as the places were distributed in conformity with the criteria in the program of the olympiad in the educational discipline “Russian as a foreign language” for third year students of the Medical Faculty for International Students trained in the specialty 1-790101 “General Medicine”, among students who study Russian as a foreign language (3 and 4 years of studying).

III place – Samaraweera Umaya (group 12а);

4th year of studying Russian as a foreign language

I place – Maha Ibrahim Mohamed (group 3а);

II place – Aminath Malaak Sobah (group 2а);

III place – Dheema Mohamed (group 3а);

 Bashir Oussama (group 5а).
