I International Olympiad in Russian as a foreign language
From May 1 to May 19, 2021, the X Republican Olympiad / I International Olympiad in Russian as a foreign language "Russian language - the path to mutual understanding and harmony" was held at Belarusian State University (Minsk, Belarus).
152 students from 33 educational institutions of Belarus, countries of near and far abroad took part in the competition.
Based on the results of five competitive tests (self-presentation in a video format, lexical and grammatical work, creative tasks, listening, spontaneous monologue), the expert committee named the winners and nominees of the OLYMPIAD.
From Grodno State Medical University, 5 1st year students of the Medical Faculty for International Students with English as the language of instruction took part in the Olympiad. All performed well and received awards
1. Hussain Abdulla Didi (group 2а) – II category diploma.
2. Dheema Mohamed (group 3а) – III category diploma.
3. Bashir Oussama (group 5а) – “Russian grammar expert” diploma.
4. Mohamed Nur Hussein Abdullahi (group 5а) – “Best oral speech” diploma.
5. Mariyam Afa Ahmed (group 2а) – “Best self-presentation” diploma.
