Human resources department was not founded until Grodno State Medical Institute was established. This structural unit of the Educational Institution “Grodno State Medical University” works in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
The main objectives of Human Resources Department are as follows:
to participate in developing and implementing strategic HR management;
to provide the University with the required amount of employees, managers, specialists and workers.
to carry out effective recruitment of employees in accordance with professional, business and moral qualities;
to participate in the establishment and development of the employee group, the creation of favorable social psychological conditions.
