Exhibition “Woman. Spring. Love” Dedicated to the International Women’s Day

From March 11 to March 13, the best artworks by foreign students were on display in the University hall as part of the exhibition “Woman. Spring. Love”, which was dedicated to the International Women’s Day.

The exhibition was coordinated by the Sri Lankan National Union. Several weeks before the exhibition, students were asked to create artistic representations of the modern woman. The students demonstrated a unique approach, and each artwork had its own style, making it distinct from others. However, all of them shared a common theme – the beauty and strength of the woman.

Following a competitive selection, the winners became the following: 1^st place – Muralidaran Rabikshini, 2^nd place – Perera Wasalathanthrige Sathmi Newanya, 3^rd place – Kurukula Arachchige Enushi Navoda.
