GrSMU students received scholarships of Grodno regional wing of public organization “Belarusian fund of peace”

On January 24 the most outstanding school students, students of general and higher educational institutions of Grodno received scholarships of Grodno regional wing of public organization “Belarusian fund of peace” in youth center Grodno.

Two students of the Medical Faculty for International Students are among those who received the scholarship:

Vijithsingh Tabitha Tamira – a 6^th year student of the Medical Faculty for International Students. She participated in subject Olympiads and conferences many times, she takes an active part in cultural and public events of the Faculty and University.

Karunadika Wijendra Gamlathge Maneesha Sanali Morayas – a 6^th year student of the Medical Faculty for International Students. She is a winner and a prize-winner of inter-universities and university Olympiads and conferences, leader of the cultural sector of Sri Lankan Students Union. She is the miss of the Medical Faculty for International Students, she takes an active part in cultural and public events of the Faculty, University, and the city.

Scholarships of Grodno regional wing of public organization “Belarusian fund of peace” have been awarded from 2003. Within this period more than 2200 school students, students of general and higher educational institutions received the scholarships.
