Drugs are a lie!

“Drugs are a lie!” is a title for table debates among international students of the Faculty for International Students of Grodno State Medical University. The Dean and Sub-Dean of the Faculty said a welcoming speech. Vice-Deans of the Faculty were also present at the debates.

Students from India, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Nigeria, and Lithuania took part in the debates. Representatives of students unions talked about preventing drug use, dangers of addiction, drug trafficking, and preventive measures in their countries.

A Sri Lankan student Naida Kudippilage Chathuni Nimeshika Fernando wrote a poem “Death drugs” where she was talking about misleading of drugs, loss of family, friends, and loved ones…

Leaders of students’ unions agreed to hold such events often.
