2008 – psychiatrist at the dispensary psychiatric department for adults of the Grodno Regional Clinical Center "Psychiatry-Narcology" healthcare institution.

Achievements:
More than 100 scientific and educational-methodical works have been published, 2 patents for inventions have been received. Three teaching aids have been published with the stamp of the educational-methodical association for medical and pharmaceutical education of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, two of them in English.
Boyko S.L. is an active researcher in the problematic field of psychiatry, sociology of medicine, public health and healthcare. Scientific research was supported by grants from the Belarusian Republican Foundation for Fundamental Research (2019-2021), in 2021 by the Grant of the President of the Republic of Belarus in the field of healthcare.
Three-time winner of scientific paper competitions held by the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution “Scientific Center for Mental Health” and the Russian Society of Psychiatrists (2010, 2011, 2018). 2007, 2011, 2020 – laureate of the scholarship of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
In 2020, she was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus.
